Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 100g black olives
- 1 onion
- 3 tbs. olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 10 mint leaves, fresh
- 15 tbs. feta cheese
Direction:
1- Peel cucumber and cut into circles
2- Cut tomatoes into cubes
3- Cut onion into thin slices
4- Squeeze lemon
5- In a bowl, mix all ingredients with olive oil, feta cheese, mint leaves salt and peppers.
