Syrian Co. for Processing and Refining Edible Oils
The Company were established in Syrian Arab Republic, in accordance with investment law No. 10 (1991). The aim of our company is production of edible ghee, processing & refining of edible oils (sunflower, soya bean, cotton seed, corn and olive oil). The main offices are located in Damascus. The production complex is situated on a green area nearby Tartous port, 10 kms south of the city.

Ingredients:
- 500g kunafa, cut into small pieces.
- 1 cup ALKHAIR ghee, melted
- 1 tsp. kunafa pastry coloring
The filling:
- 500g mozzarella cheese, slices
- 1 tsp. mistica, crushed
Serve with:
- Sugar syrup, to taste.
- Garnish with Pistachio, grinded
