“ Thailand salad “

Ingredients:

-      ¼ kg meat, cut into slices

-      ½ cup lemon juice

-      1 tbs. ALKAHIR Olive Oil

-      1 tsp. brown sugar

-      1 tbs. soya sauce

-      4 cloves of garlic, crushed

-      ½ tsp. ginger, crushed

-      ½ tsp. salt

-      1 onion, cut into slices

-      4 tomatoes, cut into slices

-      2 cups lettuce, chopped

-      3 cucumber, cut into slices

-      1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes

-      Some onions leaves

-      Some lettuce leaves

Direction:

1-    In a bowl, mix lemon juice, ALKAHIR Olive Oil, brown sugar, soya sauce, garlic, ginger and salt.

2-    In another bowl, place meat and pour over half the amount of sauce. Soak meat for an hour.

3-    In a bowl, mix chopped lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion.

4-    In serving dish, place some lettuce leaves, then add mixed vegetables.

5-    In a wide pan, cook meat then add over vegetables.

6-    Sprinkle the remaining of sauce over the dish.
