“ Caesar salad “

Ingredients:

-      3  cups lettuce, chopped

-      chicken breast grilled & sliced

-      1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

-      1 cup olive oil

-      3 tbs mayonnaise

-      1 tbs salt

-      1cup lemon juice

-      tps black pepper

-      2 cloves of garlic, crushed

Garnish:

-      1 cup toast ,cut into cubes

-      chicken pieces

-      Parmesan cheese

 

Direction:

1-    Place Lettuce and chicken in a large bowl.

2-    In a small bowl, add parmesan cheese, oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic, mix ingredients well.

3-    Pour sauce over salad and stir ingredients.

4-    Garnish with toast, chicken and parmesan cheese on the top.
